22 Students Misbehaved Female Teacher In Assam After Complaining To Parents About Studies


Assam News: In Assam’s Dibrugarh district, a group of students misbehaved with a five-month pregnant teacher. In the parent-teacher meeting, the teacher had complained to the parents of a student about his poor academic performance. Angered by this, the student formed a group and attacked the teacher.

Ratish Kumar, deputy principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, told that the incident took place on Sunday evening. He said that the teacher with whom the students misbehaved is a history teacher. The students misbehaved with them when the teacher informed the parents of a student about his poor academic performance in the Teacher Parent Meeting (PTM).

What did the principal say?
The principal said that after the meeting some students formed a group and started harassing the teacher. Some children pushed him and one student even tried to pull his hair. According to Kumar, some other women teachers, school staff and students saved the teacher from the boys. The principal of the school told that once these students themselves had threatened to kill the principal by entering his house. He said that since he is our student, we have not given his complaint to the police.

The local police officer said that no formal complaint against the minor students has been lodged with the police station yet.
